By making a booking through
the Internet, telephone or in writing,
clients agree to the following conditions:
- To pay 25 % of the total
amount into the given bank account within
one week of booking, and to pay the remaining
75% in cash upon arrival. The deposit is
non refundable.
- If the deposit is not
paid within one week of booking, we reserve
the right to cancel the booking.
- To be responsible for
their own travel and medical insurance.
- To report to the management
any faults or problems immediately so that
they can be dealt with as soon as possible.
Claims reported after
the holiday cannot be taken into account.
- To treat the apartment
and its contents carefully; to report any
damage made immediately and to pay for
or
replace damaged items on or before
departure.
- To leave the apartment
in a clean condition.
- Normally clients can
move into their apartment by 3 p.m. and
should vacate by 10 am on the day
of departure unless otherwise arranged.
- If the apartment as booked is unavailable
alternative accomodation will be offered.
- If due to an Act
of God such as earthquake, strike,
war or floods, the apartment cannot be
provided,
a maximum of 75% of the total amount will
be refunded.
- The court for compensation
claims is Arrecife.
